CoAXium “Win Big” Sweepstakes

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Limagrain Cereal Seeds, LLC (“LCS” or “Sponsor”), Colorado Wheat Research Foundation (“CWRF”), and Albaugh, LLC, and the immediate family members or household members of such persons, are not eligible to participate. For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” means spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside, and “household members” means persons who share the same residence at least three months during the year.

For a purchase entry associated with a farm, farming operation, or other business, the business must designate one eligible individual who is authorized to act on its behalf as the entrant. Limit one (1) purchase entry per business during the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the number or size of qualifying orders placed. Void outside the eligible states and where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Mountain Time (MT) on September 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM MT on October 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Purchase entries must arise from qualifying orders placed during the Entry Period. Free mail-in entries must satisfy the postmark and receipt deadlines stated in Section 3.

How to Enter

Method 1 – Purchase Entry

During the Entry Period, place any bona fide order for any CoAXium wheat variety through a dealer licensed or otherwise authorized to sell CoAXium wheat varieties. One (1) entry will be awarded to the eligible authorized individual designated by the purchasing farm or business, regardless of order size. Limit one (1) purchase entry per business during the Sweepstakes.

Method 2 – Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase or payment, mail a 3-inch x 5-inch card containing your full name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and, if applicable, the name of the farm or business you are authorized to represent, to:

Free mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than October 31, 2026 and received by Sponsor no later than November 9, 2026. Each eligible entry, whether obtained through a qualifying purchase or the free AMOE, receives an equal chance of winning. A purchase or payment does not increase the odds of winning.

Limit one (1) total entry per eligible entrant during the Sweepstakes, regardless of method of entry. If an entrant is designated on behalf of a farm or business, no more than one (1) entry may be associated with that farm or business.

Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of $1,000 USD cash, payable by check or another cash-equivalent payment method selected by Sponsor. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1,000 USD.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned. No substitution or exchange of the prize for a different prize is permitted, except that Sponsor may determine the reasonable method by which the $1,000 USD cash prize is paid.

Winner Selection, Odds, and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries timely received in accordance with these Official Rules. All eligible entries, regardless of entry method, will be included in the same drawing pool and will have an equal chance of selection.

The random drawing is expected to take place on or about November 10, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact information provided with the entry. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, does not timely complete any required documentation, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor intends to publicly announce the verified winner on or about November 16, 2026. If winner verification is not complete by that date, the announcement may be delayed until a winner has been verified.

Conditions of Winning

Before being confirmed as the winner, the potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, Publicity Release within three (3) business days after notification or within another period specified by Sponsor in the notification. Failure to timely return required documents or otherwise satisfy the conditions of winning may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate potential winner.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission, except where prohibited by law, for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, and biographical information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes relating to the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.

Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary for tax reporting purposes. Sponsor will issue any tax form required by applicable law.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, tampering, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Any such action will be taken in a manner consistent with applicable law.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, misdirected, delayed, or postage-due mail; incorrect or inaccurate entry information; or entries that cannot be processed due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries through multiple identities, businesses, representatives, addresses, or other methods may result in disqualification of the entrant and associated entries.

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and with Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except to the extent such release is prohibited by applicable law.

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used only as reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, award the prize, maintain required records, and comply with applicable law. Sweepstakes entry information will not be used by Sponsor to add entrants to email, SMS, or other marketing lists solely because they entered the Sweepstakes.

Winner List

To request the name of the verified winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: CoAXium Win Big Sweepstakes – Winner List, c/o Limagrain Cereal Seeds, LLC, 7292 Greenridge Rd, Unit 106, Windsor, CO 80550. Requests must be received by December 31, 2026.
